Job Description

This is a long-term remote role for a senior full-stack developer in Brazil. The ideal candidate will join one of our North American clients' engineering teams to elevate their customer support operations through AI and agentic applications.

You will focus on automation-first solutions to support the client's growing customer base, building and providing support to existing agents and applications.

In this role, you will participate in team ceremonies and other sessions.

We're looking for an experienced developer who can work independently and remotely. You should have strong English communication, writing, and verbal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with AI APIs e.g. GPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic).
  • End-to-end application development with technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Python, and Node.js.
  • Strong REST API and system connectivity experience.
