At Bath Clinic, we are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub professional to join our team. With a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to advance their career.

About the Role

This role involves working in regular and flexible shifts at Bath Clinic, providing high-quality patient care during the perioperative phase. You will be responsible for delivering safe quality care, leading and managing a team, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

  • To coordinate staff training needs and resource requirements within the Operating Department.
  • To develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self, applying best evidence-based practice within your scope of practice.
  • To maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act, ensuring appropriate measures are taken in respect of Health and Safety for patients, relatives, visitors, hospital staff, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble, check, and prepare the appropriate surgical equipment, instruments, and consumables for a wide range of operative procedures. This requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
