HighRise Consulting Specialist

The Central Function is responsible for HighRise projects consulting to Field companies worldwide. Our team supports department with expert knowledge for HighRise towers globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Major Project support (technical expertise) and direct customer exposure together with our tkE Field teams to give consulting advice internally in tk Elevator but also externally to Architects, Consultants, Investors, Promotors worldwide.
  • Interface to external consultants, famous architects and major projects engineering offices.
  • Adviser and influencer for project specifications in a very early stage.
  • Internal consultants for the highRise sales force worldwide for HighRise projects.
  • Traffic simulation and building traffic concepts for NI and MOD Projects.
  • Traffic surveys in existing buildings for HighRise.
  • Layout planning and technical feasibility studies.
  • Elaboration of vertical HighRise solutions with high speed single deck elevators, Twin and DD.
  • Feasibility studies and special solutions adviser and in this regard also the interface to R&D and PLM.
  • Elaboration of Shaft Climber (Jump lift) solutions.
  • Energy consumption simulations and calculations & Life-cycle cost prediction.
  • Training workshops for traffic analysis trainings in cooperation with SEED.
  • Networking for potential HighRise projects externally in important associations and business relevant fairs.
  • Support and work in international working groups as experts for upcoming HighRise norms and standards.
  • Input for standardization of processes and components for HighRise elevators.
  • Support engineering process automation for HighRise Elevators like automated GADs.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in consulting, project management, and technical feasibility studies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also essential.
