Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our Growth Team. As an Operations Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data records, monitoring platform data errors, and supporting initiatives that require attention to detail and the ability to find and verify correct data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Utilize research skills and available resources to gather accurate data and fill in missing information in records.
• Monitoring: Monitor front-end marketplace products for data issues, new promotions, and product reviews/ranking.
• Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to gather and clarify data requirements, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and updates.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights.
• Proactive in finding solutions to data-related challenges and implementing process improvements.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
