Job Summary:

The Customer Portfolio Manager oversees all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products.

This role includes managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering. The manager will have some autonomy but will be guided by established policies or review of end results.

The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned region, product, or coverage area.
  • Establish and maintain contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area.
  • Direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development.
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
  • Uses judgment and proposes different solutions outside of set parameters to address complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced experience in Services & Customer Service Management.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Excellent English language skills.
