We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Dsm-Firmenich. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute client support regarding product developments by providing marketing intelligence to select the most relevant solutions for the beverage market.
- Ensure the right support to maximize Dsm-Firmenich's chances to win/defend business.
- Manage proactive and reactive projects with excellence, working closely with technical and commercial teams to ensure relevant, business-oriented product/solutions developments.
- Position Firmenich Brazil as the GO-TO supplier for competitive added value market knowledge, brand understanding, inspiration, and winning solutions.
- Create and implement the beverage portfolio strategy. Ensure the right portfolio of solutions for the category/market and promote it accordingly.
- Continuously develop and maintain category/market expertise (macro trends, consumer drivers, category & market dynamics, flavors, technologies, etc.) focused on beverage.
- Consolidate this knowledge into relevant tools that can be shared internally and with clients, reverting in new business opportunities.
- Deploy global & regional strategies at category/market level; identify with commercial teams future opportunities to develop the business and action plans to go after them.
- Proactively develop the right promotion tools with the proper push to sales. Monitor the promotions and share feedbacks for future improvements.

- Proficiency & solid experience in Business Insights & Analytics: analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data from Euromonitor, Mintel, Global Data, Nielsen, Kantar, etc.
- Advanced/Proficiency in English is necessary.
- Solid professional experience in creating and executing marketing & business plans.
- Solid professional experience developing and managing P&L.
- Good level of technical understanding of Food & Bev, Flavors & Technologies.
