Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies for Mastercard Send in the Latin America region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing long-term and short-term strategic initiatives, overseeing product evolution, and establishing go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business owner and manage strategic initiatives for Mastercard Send in the LAC region.
  • Oversee product evolution, establish go-to-market strategy, optimize products and resources, and enhance product lead-time.
  • Take a data-driven approach to product enhancements, identifying opportunity areas and contributing to the Product roadmap.
  • Support Regional and Global product management practice on initiatives required for product improvements, market/pricing strategies, and research initiatives.
  • Leverage data & dashboards to quickly identify Product performance challenges and make recommendations on proposed action plans.

Requirements:

  • College education background in industrial/systems engineering/business administration.
  • 8-10 years' experience in Analyst rotation programs at global financial institutions, Consulting, Financial services Product Management roles, or any combination of roles working with financial institutions on implementations, training and support of APIs or similar technical services.
  • Experience in the payment/technology industry in product development, technical implementations and integration, with focus on retail banking, card issuer, acquirer platforms.
  • Knowledge of wallet funding, LAC RTPs, and alternative payment methods.
  • Ability to engage quickly with key stakeholders, with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
