As a Firmware Design Engineer, you will be part of a team that combines knowledge of micro-electronics hardware design, firmware, packaging, and validation with deep domain expertise to develop new products with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and validate advanced digital logic for the electronics team.
  • Provide key technical contributions to near-term and longer-range projects with substantial business impact.
  • Manage projects and deliver program goals with strong initiative and organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience developing FPGA logic and low-level software/firmware in real-time embedded environments.
  • Excellent digital design skills, including the design of state machines, soft cores, clock domain management, and I/O interfaces.
  • Firm understanding of electronic schematics, printed circuit board design, and test, as well as hands-on experience in simulation/design validation tools, preferably ModelSim.
