As a key player in 3PL logistics operations, you will focus on developing strategic frameworks for intelligent capacity scheduling. Your primary responsibilities will include creating data-driven models to forecast demand and capacity constraints, enabling real-time optimization of supply chain performance.
Scheduling Strategy Development- Strategic Frameworks: Design analytical models that take into account time-space dimensions to optimize scheduling targets for our partners.
- Scenario Engine Design: Develop mechanisms to mitigate critical supply-demand gaps, ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.
For this role, we are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in 3PL logistics operations, preferably with a last-mile focus. You should have proficiency in analytical tools (SQL/BI) and excellent English communication skills. Additionally, you will have a proven track record of proactive ownership in dynamic work environments.
As a member of our team, you will play a direct role in driving market expansion in LATAM. We prioritize candidates with backgrounds in on-demand service platforms and Portuguese language proficiency (B2+) for effective local engagement.
