Data Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to build and maintain scalable pipelines and architectures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and transformation using Python, SQL, and Apache Airflow.
  • Contribute to the evolution of data architecture in Databricks and AWS environments, focusing on scalability and performance.
  • Apply best practices in data engineering, including naming conventions, data catalog structuring, and defining semantic layers.
  • Support data integration between systems, as well as maintaining productive data lakes and data warehouses.
  • Participate in the implementation of CI/CD processes and monitoring practices for data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with business areas to understand needs and translate them into scalable, governed technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain clear, structured technical documentation to support the operation and evolution of data solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields.
  • Programming skills in Python and SQL.
  • Data Architecture (data lakehouse or data warehouse).
  • Big Data (Databricks, Spark).
  • Cloud Computing (AWS or Azure).
  • Orchestration Tools (Apache Airflow).
  • Data Integration (ETL/ELT).
  • Pipeline Governance and Monitoring.
  • Technical Documentation.
