Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to drive customer solutions on Sustainable Shopping through growth of Amazon's sustainability programs and innovative local solutions relevant to our customers.

  • Develop and implement a plan alongside local and global partner teams to deliver strong year-on-year progress toward Amazon's commitments set out in the Climate Pledge.
  • Partner with global and local teams to develop mechanisms for sourcing and merchandising that help to offer a sustainable selection of products to offer to customers, following the Climate Pledge Friendly qualification.
  • Drive growth of packaging-free shipping solutions.
  • Identify opportunities and launch circular economy initiatives around end-of-life programs and recycling.
  • Lead efforts to drive donations to benefit communities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
