Product Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our Product Team and help drive our growth. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day operations, creating and maintaining robust product roadmaps and backlogs.

Your Responsibilities

1. 
   
2. Create and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs, working with development teams to size and estimate features and user stories.
   
3. Attend daily scrums to resolve product roadblocks and answer questions about stories.
   
4. Regularly report status to stakeholders via product demos and identify risks and opportunities.
   
5. Support the sales process and build business cases to ensure product investment.
   
6. Conduct analysis and market research to define products and assist clients.
   
7. Work on multiple phases and projects across a single client.
   
8. Manage the continuous improvement of products.
   
9. Contribute to establishing and managing the Product Management process.
   
10. Identify business opportunities and resolve them through technical expertise.
    
11. Act as a mediator for internal and external client requirements.
    
12. Manage control and monitoring tools.
    
13. Manage risks and problems, ensuring product quality.
    

Requirements

1. 
   
2. Proven experience in similar roles.
   
3. 2+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner.
   
4. 2+ years of experience in business analysis, capturing functional requirements and understanding user pain points.
   
5. Additional experience as a Project Manager or Software Developer.
   
6. Experience with product development, from design to testing.
   
7. Experience with both learning existing products and building them from scratch.
   
8. Results-driven with negotiation skills and effective communication.
   
9. Advanced English level.
