This position supports and executes tasks within the Procurement Department, applying policies, procedures, and best practices under supervision and guidance. As a key member of the team, you will conduct meetings with suppliers to improve performance in terms of pricing, lead time, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate in strategic sourcing processes for medium-complexity scopes, including commercial evaluation, financial assessment, and capacity vs demand analysis.
- Lead supplier qualification and development process for critical and non-critical suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance according to company policies.
- Measure performance and manage relationships with strategic suppliers through regular meetings.
- Identify new suppliers and support high-complexity items search using industry-specific tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or other Exact Sciences fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle (preferred).
