Application Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customers' technical problems and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

You will work closely with Sales & Technical Support Specialists to troubleshoot issues and collaborate on solutions. Additionally, you will conduct correlation studies and validations as required, and provide training to customers on the use of our applications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Solving customers' technical problems and complaints promptly;
  • Collaborating with Sales & Technical Support Specialists to troubleshoot problems;
  • Running correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer as required;
  • Conducting customer training;
  • Visiting clients regularly to gather information and feedback;
  • Participating in regional and national conference calls to update technical issues.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or a related subject, with a Master degree being preferred;
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in the IVD Application area, such as immunology, biochemistry or molecular biology, with immunology being preferred;
  • The ability to use English as a working language;
  • Good communication skills and a hard working attitude.
