Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the team in performance and load testing on the client's POS system, mobile and cloud applications
* Create and execute complex test plans and test scenarios
* Improve performance and identify bottlenecks
* Drive the creation and implementation of testing frameworks from scratch
* Work with the development team to resolve performance problems
* Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership
* Analyze performance metrics and report on test results
* Ensure best practices in performance testing and automation are applied
* Update relevant stakeholders on performance issues and improvements

Requirements:

* 5+ years of hands-on automation testing experience, including performance and load testing

* Experience with JavaScript
* Background in mobile application performance testing (Android, iOS, React Native will be a plus)
* Strong Docker skills
* Experience with AWS services
* Strong leadership skills and QA team leadership experience
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Upper-Intermediate English level

Desirable:

* Familiarity with the fintech domain and POS solutions
* SQL DB knowledge and working experience
* Experience creating comprehensive testing frameworks for POS from scratch
