PTW is seeking a skilled Junior Automation QA Tester to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform automation QA tests to ensure the quality of our software products.
- Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like test data, data validation, and automated scripts.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand product changes and develop appropriate testing strategies.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Liaise with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to identify system requirements.
- Monitor debugging process results.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Requirements
- Proven work experience leading teams of automation QA.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject is preferable.
