Nutrition Account Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Account to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Nutrition Account, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and chefs in a customer-facing operational role.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field, and proven menu-design experience in a chef or catering environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new clients through our intake process and gather dietary preferences.
  • Menu Planning: Create bespoke, nutritionally balanced menus in collaboration with our chefs.
  • Chef Liaison: Check in with chefs, troubleshoot kitchen queries, and ensure menus are executed to standard.
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to client questions and adjust programs where needed.
  • Programme Transcription: Convert practitioner plans into clear, chef-ready documents.
  • Chef Recruitment & Onboarding: Interview prospective chefs and help them integrate into our workflow.
  • Supplier Sourcing: Identify and vet regional food and supplement suppliers.
  • Supplement Ordering: Manage supplement orders and track deliveries for clients.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a Related Field.
  • Proven Menu-Design Experience and a Background in Chef or Catering Environments.
  • Excellent Written and Spoken English.
  • Personable, Organised, and Able to Juggle Multiple Stakeholders Calmly.
  • Technically Proficient: Comfortable with CRMs, Spreadsheets, and Remote-Collaboration Tools.
