Job Title: Seller Partner Support Associate with French, Cs

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Seller Partner Support Associate. As a key member of the Seller Support organization, you will play a critical role in providing world-class support to global partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer issues and conduct investigations of stock discrepancies
  • Collaborate with various business and development teams across the company
  • Coach delivery and provide solutions to help partners better serve their customers and grow their businesses

About the Team

The CS Andon detection is owned by the Andon Cord Program Team (ACPT) in WW Customer Service organization. You will work closely with this team to resolve customer complaints and defects.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and French (C1/C2 level)
  • Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel required
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
  • Effective communication, composure, and professional attitude
  • A great deal of personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness and results-driven mentality for a business-focused way of thinking
  • Able to work within a cross-functional team
  • Fosters a positive team environment and collaboration within the site
