About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud AI Engineer to join our Professional Services team at Google Cloud. As a Cloud AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing Machine Learning (ML) solutions for our customers, leveraging core Google products including TensorFlow, DataFlow, and Vertex Artificial Intelligence (AI).

You will work closely with customers to identify opportunities to apply ML in their business, and travel to customer sites to deploy solutions and deliver workshops to educate and empower customers. Your expertise will help drive progress, solve problems, and mentor more junior team members, while applying deeper expertise and knowledge within relevant areas.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ML solutions for customer use cases, leveraging core Google products.
  • Work with customers to identify opportunities to apply ML in their business.
  • Travel to customer sites to deploy solutions and deliver workshops to educate and empower customers.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Product Engineering to build and drive excellence in our products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs, and triaging technical issues.
  • 6 years of experience with 2 or more of the following: Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Admin, Machine Learning, Networking, Kubernetes, Oracle, SAP.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
