Job Title: Senior AI Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Technologist to lead the development of our advanced artificial intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model Deployment & Maintenance: Deploy, monitor, and maintain large-scale AI models in production environments using cloud-based infrastructure management tools.
  • Data Engineering: Design and develop efficient data pipelines and storage solutions that support model operations, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Infrastructure Management: Utilize containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure as code practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • DevOps & Automation: Develop CI/CD pipelines, manage version control, and automate deployment processes using automation tools and frameworks.
  • Security & Monitoring: Implement secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, and set up robust monitoring and alerting systems to detect and prevent security threats.
  • Advanced Techniques: Apply advanced AI techniques such as natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning to develop innovative solutions.
  • Agent Development: Design and develop agent and multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, enabling seamless interaction with humans and other systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • At least five years' experience as a senior AI technologist, deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, software engineering principles, and agile methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of AI fundamentals, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and infrastructure management tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, automation tools, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Expertise in AI frameworks, libraries, and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Ability to manage complex AI projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality AI solutions that drive business value.
