Job Overview

Create and shape Pressure Pumping solutions as a key member of our dynamic operations team. We are the industry leader in well construction and production, offering innovative physical and digital solutions that improve efficiency, production, and maximize reservoir value.

We guarantee stable and robust operations during the life of the well, thanks to our expert designs based on well properties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure flawless Service Delivery execution, on-time delivery, contract adherence, and cash collection for assigned jobs.
  • Partner with teams to execute job plans, prepare equipment, and ensure personnel readiness.
  • Responsible for scheduling and dispatching resources according to job requirements.
  • Promptly escalate issues impacting service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical field with proven experience.
  • Regular situation with CREA.
  • Relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Proven leadership capabilities and good interpersonal skills.
