Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

About the Role:

You will start each day with a collaborative session with your team to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate coding priorities while choosing user stories to complete. You will also participate in other agile ceremonies, including scheduled sprint demos, where you will present your work to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of projects
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines and quality
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Expertise in software development and leadership
  • Strong technical skills, including Java, REST API, Spring, and Spring-boot development experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
