**Job Title:** Senior Clinical Research Associate I

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for training and mentoring junior CRAs to ensure excellence in study execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Train and mentor junior CRAs to achieve high-quality standards
  • Conduct and report monitoring visits to ensure compliance
  • Deliver training sessions to investigators, site staff, and project teams
  • Work on complex studies in Infectious Diseases and Oncology
  • Perform thorough review of Case Report Forms, source document verification, and query resolution
  • Manage site communication and identification processes
  • Coordinate with clinical investigators, vendors, and support services
  • Participate in feasibility research and prepare presentations to stakeholders
  • Support regulatory affairs and maintenance of automated tracking systems

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A college/university degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience
  • Full working proficiency in Portuguese and English
  • Independent on-site monitoring experience in Brazil
  • Experience in Phase II and/or III monitoring visits
  • Availability to travel
  • Prior experience in Oncology or Infectious Diseases is advantageous
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
