We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Engineer to join our team. As a comprehensive consulting firm, we offer expertise in design and permitting for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations and preliminary designs and engineering analyses of various types of retail, commercial, industrial, and residential site layouts.
- Analyze municipal zoning and land development ordinances and applicable agency regulations to determine land development limitations for the property.
- Prepare detailed Site Investigation and Due Diligence Reports, Conceptual Site Plans, and Grading Plans.
- Design Stormwater Management and Stormwater Conveyance Systems, Utility Systems, and Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Design Plans.
- Craft construction cost estimates and project coordination with clients and other consultants.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Prior relevant internship experience is preferred.
- 0-4 years' experience in Civil Site Engineering (residential, institutional, industrial, and/or commercial site design and permitting experience).
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, independent and critical thinking abilities, and be a self-starter who can work independently and with team members.
