**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Professional Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has experience with administrative tasks, payroll processing, and data management.


**Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and timely completion of all necessary paperwork.
  • Assist the People Director in managing employee data, including updates, amendments, and reporting.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, such as meal vouchers, mobility allowances, and medical assistance.
  • Manage vacation schedules, ensure compliance with legislation, and facilitate payments.
  • Process payroll information, including new starters, terminations, absences, salary changes, and role updates.
  • Liaise with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment of employee benefits.
  • Ensure data integrity in systems through quality assurance, fostering compliance, and effective data management.


**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A strong background in administration, preferably with experience in payroll processing and data management.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
  • Good knowledge of Excel formulas and filters, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with Portuguese language skills required; Spanish is a plus.
