- We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with HubSpot or other CRM software and be able to stay informed on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance through operations tracking tools and report progress.
- Onboard new coaches, ensuring quality and safety requirements are met.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software for lead management and keep it updated.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to develop strategies for reaching operational targets.
- Implement the defined operations process, identify and suggest improvements.
- Provide data reports to the operations team and assist in updating sales operations.
- Stay informed on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
