Industrialization Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a safety culture in Engineering and Industrialization activities beyond legal requirements.
You will contribute to the design and deployment of an appropriate Industrial Strategy, actively support site engineering, and participate in key engineering and industrial projects including technology transfer.
The ideal candidate will promote technological innovation, such as new technologies and supplier scouting testing new technologies and exploring I4.0 initiatives. You will also support Capex optimization and participate in teamwork and networking within the region sharing best practices for technologies and supporting high-level problem solving.
This is a challenging role that requires project management skills with a track record of handling complex projects. The successful candidate will be results-oriented and structured in their way of working.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and maintain a safety culture in Engineering and Industrialization activities beyond legal requirements.
