We are looking for a skilled leader to manage our global recruitment team.
- About the Role:
- Lead and motivate a team of distributed recruiting managers to achieve exceptional results.
- Collaborate with leaders to define and execute a comprehensive talent search strategy.
- Develop innovative recruitment scenarios to meet various business needs.
- Design and implement effective search practices, selection methods, and attraction strategies for job openings.
- Provide valuable insights and solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the selection process.
- Engage in creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Prepare and analyze reports to monitor key performance indicators.
- Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience as a recruiter.
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in similar positions.
- Excellent interpersonal management, verbal communication, and creative recruiting skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
