Tax Planning

  1. Monitor and develop tax planning opportunities across LATAM, identifying potential savings and efficiencies.
  2. Manage tax planning projects across LATAM, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  3. Manage withholding tax and other related taxes on intercompany remittances, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.

Audits

  1. Coordinate and manage tax audits, leading opening meetings, coordinating and monitoring the timely answer to queries, and preparing comprehensive statements to queries of the various tax auditors.
  2. Prepare and lead intermediate tax audit meetings and final tax audit meetings within LATAM, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
  3. Review final tax audit reports and prepare adjusted tax balance sheet for the years following tax audits and update filings as appropriate.

Tax Compliance

  1. Coordinate the preparation of corporation tax returns for all LATAM legal entities and ensure timely filings, maintaining accurate records.
  2. Correspond with all VAT, GST, and corporation tax issues in the daily business, providing expert guidance and support.
  3. Manage transfer pricing documentation and filings, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
  4. Assist and support VAT, GST, or other compliance and provide regular updates to the team, fostering a culture of excellence.

As a key member of the dynaTrace software GmbH team, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required, with the ability to communicate complex tax concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
