GIS Data Specialist

The GIS Data Specialist will support the implementation of activities related to the project.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance for implementing project activities
  • Support spatial analysis for public policy planning
  • Accompany studies and research on large favela complexes, especially mapping processes
  • Review documents related to spatial data and information
  • Support revision of Multidimensional Poverty Index results in large favela complexes
  • Document group meetings, forums, consultations, training events, and other activities
  • Maintain organized and accessible information files
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and other duties requested by supervisors

The specialist will complete all required courses and training activities. They are responsible for their own security and familiarizing themselves with relevant security mechanisms.
