Job Summary:

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including administrative tasks to support purchasing across various segments. Key responsibilities include analyzing and managing the procurement process, registering and controlling information in the system, organizing and archiving documentation to ensure data is up-to-date and accessible, handling complex purchases of higher value or volume to meet organizational needs efficiently and cost-effectively, identifying, developing, and supporting supplier qualification processes, and leading and guiding team members when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in procurement, with a strong understanding of supply chain, logistics processes, and negotiation techniques.
