Job Title: AI/ML Model Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML model developer to join our team. As an AI/ML model developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement AI/ML models using mainstream frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Analyze and transform process data into actionable insights by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing workflows and business applications.
  • Identify and address technical roadblocks, proactively communicating progress and needs to stakeholders.
  • Provide data-science expertise to the wider organization, helping teams leverage their data more effectively.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
  • Proficiency in one or more mainstream machine learning frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of Python programming language, databases (e.g., Postgres), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in manufacturing environments.
  • Proven success integrating and augmenting business applications with AI/ML solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
