**Software License Compliance Role**

Connor Consulting International is seeking a highly skilled Software License Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for leading software license compliance reviews, including project management, deliverables creation, and client status reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead software license compliance reviews, including project management and deliverables creation.
  • Perform extensive Excel analysis as part of audit execution and client internal initiatives.
  • Interact with cross-functional teams at clients/licensees and manage multiple reviews across multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Prepare and peer-review all client deliverables, including reports and calculations.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of client businesses, technologies, and risks, and maintain technical and practical knowledge relating to clients and industry.
  • Assist with the facilitation of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement services and offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for new services, methodologies, or work processes for teams and clients.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff members and contribute to training, develop, and communicate workplace culture and code of conduct.
  • Develop strong strategic relationships with clients and key industry contacts to generate revenue from existing clients and expand service offerings to new clients.
  • Participate in sales pursuits for license compliance initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies to support internal infrastructure growth.
  • Assist the management team with engagement financials and client business review deliverables.

**Requirements:**

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • At least 3+ years of prior experience in a customer contact role and/or in audit/software license compliance review.
  • A member of the compliance team from one of the Big 4 firms preferred.
  • Strong background in auditing techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills, including the ability to translate technical information to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience with building strong relationships and instilling trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to adapt to different licensee conditions and cultural differences while executing audits.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make prudent business decisions.
  • Professional and personable demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work effectively across multiple engagement teams, clients, and licensees across the globe with different time zones.
  • Hard working, detail-oriented, and ability to motivate and manage engagement teams.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, proactive, and highly independent in fulfilling assigned tasks and delivering desired output.
  • Able to prioritize deliverables and manage time properly to meet set deadlines.
  • Able to handle rejection.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
