Cloud Infrastructure Optimization Leader

We seek a strategic leader to drive key initiatives in our Cloud and SRE organization.
This role is critical to enhancing platform reliability, efficiency, and observability through close collaboration with engineering teams, SREs, and leadership.
- Develop and execute strategies to minimize cloud service disruptions;
- Improve cloud and infrastructure efficiency by optimizing cost per order;
- Define how we communicate platform health and reliability to customers;
- Conduct ongoing discovery to understand engineering team pain points;
- Identify and track KPIs related to cloud efficiency, reliability, and operational health;
- Act as a buffer to protect engineering teams from unplanned demands;
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain alignment on strategy and priorities;
- Align long-term vision and solutions across product, engineering, and infrastructure leadership.
