Test Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Test Engineering Specialist to join our global projects. This individual will work with modern technologies across front-end and back-end layers, collaborating closely with clients and team members.

This is a 3 to 12-month contract, renewable based on project availability and performance.

  • Deliver high-quality test strategies and implementation, applying critical thinking to products, requirements, and processes.
  • Develop test plans, defining how tests will be structured and communicated.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their testing needs.
  • Cultivate professional growth through experience and mentorship.
  • Navigate complex conversations by providing constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in testing methodologies and implementation.
  • Effective communication of testing approach and decisions to clients and teammates.
  • Professional programming experience.
  • Experience in architecting robust automated testing suites across different platforms.
  • Expertise in using Cypress.io, TestCafe, Selenium, and native mobile test frameworks for iOS or Android.
  • Advocate of SDLC processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience testing for accessibility with tools such as screen readers.
  • Experience writing and executing tests for SEO or Analytics.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) and experience setting up deployment pipelines.
  • Some experience with load, performance, penetration, or security testing.
