Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced procurement specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, planning and leading third-party providers, conducting sourcing analysis, and negotiating and executing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations
  • Plan and lead third-party providers of outsourced services
  • Conduct deep dive sourcing analysis and research to support spending categories
  • Negotiate and execute low and medium complexity contracts
  • Manage car fleet for the LATAM region in collaboration with third-party providers
  • Develop preferred vendor lists using procurement evaluation tools and processes
  • Instruct internal stakeholders on related policies and procedures
  • Build partnerships with business stakeholders and establish in-depth knowledge of each business unit
  • Manage the purchase requisition process and support vendors contract life cycle management
  • Prepare diverse reports and assist in establishing standard processes aligned with SLAs and KPIs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related areas
  • Experience in purchasing and/or facilities areas
  • Strategic sourcing experience
  • Intermediate English Required, Intermediate Spanish Preferred
