O engenheiro de machine learning será responsável por:

  • Desenvolver, testar, manter e monitorar sistemas desde sua concepção até produção;
  • Criar esteiras para treinamento, construção, implantação e monitoramento de produtos de machine learning;
  • Auxiliar times de engenharia, fornecendo orientações, ferramentas e componentes;
  • Dar suporte ao dia-a-dia dos times de ciências de dados;
  • Co-criar uma cultura de engenharia de machine learning.

Também é desejável que o mesmo tenha um perfil intra-empreendedor, onde seus objetivos estejam alinhados com os objetivos da empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Conhecimentos em SQL;
  • Conhecimentos em implementações de API RESTful;
  • Conhecimentos em linguagem de programação Python;
  • Conhecimentos em sistema de controles de versões (Ex.: Git);
  • Conhecimentos em sistemas de mensageria (Ex.: Kafka, RabbitMQ);
  • Conhecimentos em virtualização via contêineres (Ex.: Docker, Kubernetes);
  • Conhecimentos em modelagem de dados em bancos relacionais e não-relacionais;
  • Conhecimentos em infraestrutura como código (Ex.: Terraform);
  • Conhecimentos em ferramentas e metodologias de MLOps (Ex.: MLFlow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Amazon Sagemaker);
  • Conhecimentos em integração e entrega contínua para versionamento e implantação de aplicações (Ex.: Jenkins, Github Actions);
  • Experiência em ciclo de vida desenvolvimento modelos de machine learning (Ex.: CRISP-DM, MLDLC);
  • Experiência em Cloud Computing (Ex.: AWS).
Habilidades Requeridas
  • SQL: Conhecimentos em banco de dados relacional e não relacional;
  • Linguagem de Programação Python: Conhecimentos em bibliotecas como Pandas, NumPy e Matplotlib;
  • Sistema de Controles de Versões: Conhecimentos em Git e SVN;
  • Sistemas de Mensageria: Conhecimentos em Kafka e RabbitMQ;
  • Virtualização via Contêineres: Conhecimentos em Docker e Kubernetes;
  • Modelagem de Dados: Conhecimentos em bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais;
  • Infraestrutura como Código: Conhecimentos em Terraform;
  • MLOps: Conhecimentos em ferramentas como MLFlow, Kubeflow e Airflow;
  • Integração e Entrega Contínua: Conhecimentos em Jenkins e Github Actions;
  • Ciclo de Vida Desenvolvimento Modelos de Machine Learning: Conhecimentos em CRISP-DM e MLDLC;
  • Cloud Computing: Experiência em AWS.
