Technical Leader - Coiled Tubing Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our coiled tubing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to clients, ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive solutions for customers, including diagnosis, solution design, delivery method, and evaluation plan.
  • Oversee the technical success of the project, responsible for all phases of project planning and execution.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.
  • Provide expert knowledge of the industry and supervise less experienced peers and team members.
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a STEM degree, plus minimum 7 years of service line experience, including experience in Production Engineering and reservoir analysis.
  • Undergraduate Petroleum Engineering degree and experience in both Coiled Tubing and Hydraulic Workover operations is preferred.
