The Quality Engineering team consists of dedicated software engineers who prioritize quality and are integral to our codebase. We seek individuals who are enthusiastic about technology, possess a curious mindset, and are innovative thinkers. While familiarity with various programming languages and stacks (notably Ruby, Go, JavaScript, Rust, and Dart) is beneficial, we prioritize a robust foundation in software engineering. Understanding the full application stack and collaborating with product experts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in pair programming and conduct code reviews.
  • Develop automation tools and testing frameworks.
  • Collaborate on implementing requirements focusing on testability and compliance.
  • Assist in managing test versions, data, and environments.
  • Investigate and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Promote a culture of Quality and DevOps.
Qualifications:
  • Strong foundation in software development.
  • Comprehensive understanding of product development and system architecture.
  • High standards for quality, attention to detail, and a passion for performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Continuous Integration tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).
  • Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
