Job Objective
The purpose of this role is to evaluate our business operations, processes, and innovative products, and to assess their integration with technology. This position also involves liaising with the international team to address new demands and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Assess new products and determine their translation into system specifications.
· Serve as a primary contact and advisor for product configuration within Assurant Core Systems.
· Collaborate with various teams to ensure that the quality of information received from clients aligns with Assurant's standards.
· Document processes related to new products in connection with core systems.
· Develop user stories and provide guidance to the IT team within an Agile framework.
· Draft specifications for the international team pertaining to core systems.
· Oversee the execution of new system specifications and ensure their approval across different departments.
Qualifications
A degree in a relevant field (Computer Systems, Systems Engineering) is required.
Essential: Proficiency in Agile methodologies, software development principles, and strong writing capabilities.
Preferred: Training in Scrum methodologies.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Data Analytics Manager, Software Development, or similar positions is required.
