Hiring Specialist

• Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written), living in Florianópolis – SC, interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work, strong communication skills.
• Nice-to-haves: previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks, familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, experience in fast-paced environments or startups, international experience, undergraduate degree, soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
