Strategic Product Leader

This is a leadership role responsible for delivering innovative solutions that support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide vision, strategy and roadmaps for product development in Brazil.
  • Align product initiatives with business goals and ensure measurable value delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic alignment and execution.

The successful candidate will be able to prioritize initiatives based on business value, lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality solutions. They will also have experience in gathering business requirements, translating them into actionable development plans and managing user feedback.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Proven experience in defining, maintaining and communicating strategic product roadmaps.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
