Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Technology Leader to oversee our Sustaining Engineering team. This role requires strong technical leadership, effective people management, and a solid background in software development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a distributed team of engineers.
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, provide feedback and career guidance to your team members.
  • Manage and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and training.
  • Support timely delivery of bug fixes, patches, and other technical solutions to address business needs in various technology fields.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Set and manage expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have professional experience in software delivery using C, C++, Go, Python, or similar languages. They should be knowledgeable and passionate about software development, with leadership experience displaying the ability to organize and prioritize complex problem-solving and bug fixes. Experience with version control systems such as git, debugging tools like gdb, crash, or other, and demonstrated strong commitment to testing methodologies and maintainable code quality is also required.
