Position Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week) with mandatory team meetings from 8 am to 11 am PST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and enhance product features.
- Tackle a variety of technical challenges across the technology stack and contribute to multiple areas of our codebase.
- Assume responsibility for product features from inception to completion, influence product strategies, and oversee testing processes.
- Facilitate team development by participating in recruitment, conducting interviews, and nurturing a culture of care and excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of comprehensive full-stack technical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficient in managing complex codebases.
- Experience in building and leading teams.
- Skilled in designing intricate and scalable systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with JavaScript and React is advantageous.
- Interest in solving complex technical challenges related to computer vision and deep learning.
- Able to set personal objectives, plan, execute, and achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Passionate about making fitness accessible to all and have a personal interest in health and fitness.
Language Proficiency: C2 level English is required.
