Homecare Physical Therapy Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physical therapist to join our team in providing exceptional patient care services. As a homecare physical therapist, you will be responsible for helping patients maintain, restore, and improve their movement, activity, and function.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing personalized treatment plans to address each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Providing interventions, conducting regular assessments, and modifying treatments as necessary.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

To be successful in this role, you must have a current license to practice physical therapy and graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program. Additionally, one year of related experience is preferred to ensure that your knowledge and skills are sufficient to safely provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients.
