We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team. As an associate, you will play a crucial role in helping innovative startup founders and creatives achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of immigration law, particularly in the areas of H1B, L1, E2, O1, PERM, EB1A, and AOS cases. You will be responsible for setting strategy, guiding clients, and reviewing the work of our outstanding Case Managers using legal automation technology.
You will also supervise, mentor, and review the work of Case Managers covering a wide range of visa categories. Your excellent analytical and organizational skills, combined with your ability to learn technology tools quickly, will enable you to prioritize work efficiently and accurately.

- Set strategy and guide clients on complex immigration matters.
- Review and ensure compliance with correct legal standards related to various visa categories.
- Supervise and mentor Case Managers to ensure high-quality work.
- Advising and guiding clients on electronic-posting process for LCAs and recruitment processes for PERM applications.
- Draft complex filings as needed.
- Ensure all submissions meet A+ quality standards for clients.
- Communicate with clients to assess eligibility for business-related immigration benefits.
- Provide timely updates and respond to inquiries.
