Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate financial data consolidation and reporting;
  • Monitor banking products and services in collaboration with financial institutions;
  • Track and document daily banking transactions;
  • Oversee financial investments;
  • Review bank reconciliations for accuracy;
  • Analyze daily accounts payable entries in the financial system;
  • Prepare cash flow statements (actual and forecast);
  • Control and monitor supplier advances;
  • Draft payment proposals;
  • Administer corporate credit card and expense reimbursement systems;
  • Handle foreign exchange closures;
  • Conduct collections for overdue accounts, negotiate payment terms, and maintain updated records;
  • Generate collection reports;
  • Support BPO in managing accounts receivable processes (including reconciliations, discount controls, returns, etc.);
  • Manage commercial budgets for clients;
  • Oversee and prepare aging reports for accounts receivable;
  • Administer credit insurance;
  • Perform credit analysis for clients (credit scoring);
  • Supervise BPO activities;
  • Provide support across various departments within the organization.

Key Relationships:

  • Internal: All departments within Brazil and Global Treasury;
  • External: BPO, clients, suppliers, banks, insurance brokers.

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial sector.

Required Skills & Traits:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel;
  • Intermediate English language skills (minimum requirement);
  • Experience with SAP (mandatory);
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Effective problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions;
  • Attention to detail and a customer service orientation are essential for this role;
  • Pragmatic approach;
  • Team player.
