Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Global Mobility Specialist in Brazil.

This position requires a strong understanding of Brazilian visa and immigration processes, as well as experience in building scalable frameworks in fast-paced environments.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing visa, work permit, and immigration processes in Brazil, ensuring compliance with local laws and timely execution.

They will also partner with global teams on expatriate allowances, C&B policies, and relocation packages, provide hands-on case support for employees and managers during assignments, and collaborate closely with Payroll, Legal, HRBPs, and Global Mobility to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Administration, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in immigration or global mobility, ideally in corporate and vendor/consulting environments
  • Strong expertise in Brazilian immigration processes (visas, residence permits, work authorizations)
  • Advanced English skills for daily interaction with global HR
