We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of our Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the elicitation and documentation of business requirements for Salesforce implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce configuration.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Use a structured requirements process to assess near-term needs and prioritize tasks.
- Adhere to metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of work.
- Liaise between business and technology teams to ensure change management and communication of change to team is done in a systematic way.
- Implement improvements to process or product as directed by management.
- Develop a basic awareness and understanding of Thomson Reuters technologies, products, and services, including a basic understanding of how technical solutions impact the business.
We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator who:
- Has Salesforce certification.
- Has experience with migration between ORGs and SalesForce.
- Has advanced English language skills.
- Has knowledge of Zuora (a plus).
