As a Financial Reporting Manager at Kenvue, you will play a critical role in supporting the legal entity (LE) financial reporting process, ensuring the integrity and precision of LE financial statements, tax filings, and other relevant reports. Your responsibilities will include streamlining month, quarter, and year-end closings within established timelines, handling high importance/complex items during entity closings, and managing local audits.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, along with at least 4 years of professional experience, preferably in a multinational company. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary.

Kenvue offers a competitive Total Rewards Package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, paid company holidays, paid vacation, volunteer time, and more.
